Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Responsibilities:
    • Work 1:1 with children to implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
    • Collect and record data on therapy progress.
    • Collaborate with families to ensure consistent support across all environments.
  • Requirements:
    • RBT certification (or willingness to complete certification).
    • Passion for working with children and families.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals and monitor progress.
  • Requirements:
    • Current BCBA certification.
    • Experience providing ABA therapy.
    • Dedication to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Administrative Assistant

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage schedules and client records.
    • Assist families during the intake process.
    • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Experience in a healthcare or ABA setting preferred.
